• Camping/RV permits - will be picked up in Show Office with your Rider packet.  Please display on your Camper/LQ
• Food available on site:

  • Saturday: Charley's Grill at XC 
  • Sunday: Jay's Northwoods BBQ by SJ Arenas

• ​White Boards at White Barns - we will have a white board on the West side of the permanent stabling to use for announcements and updates (ie., running behind, running early, change in schedules, etc.).   We understand that communication has been difficult at the barns without a speaker/PA system and will use the white boards to post updates!

Omnibus (including Dressage Tests) 

Thursday Aug 17

• Show Office Open at 9:00am 
  • Bring Stall Deposits at Check-in 
• Arenas and Dressage Rings will be open until 6pm for schooling 
• Shavings will be delivered to stall by noon 
• Cross Country Course open at 3pm

Friday Aug 18 

• Dressage - starting at 8:00am
  • Dressage Arena Layout & Warmup Area (TBD) 
• ​6 PM - Tadpole Championships                                   & Ice Cream Social at 6pm !! 

Saturday Aug 19 

• Cross Country - starting at 8:30am
• Todd Smyrl Show Jumping Course Walk- at 6:00pm 
• Competitor Party at 6:30pm 
• Show Jumping Times will be posted reverse order of go

Sunday Aug 20 

• Show Jumping  starting at 8am 
  • Ribbons and awards will be delivered after each division.
