- New Policy due to limited permanent stabling: ** Non Compete horses are not given priority for stabling ** If you have a non-compete horse that you are bringing please let me know but also note that he/she will not be stalled in the white permanent stabling.
- Stall labels and first bag of shavings will be delivered to your stall no later than Wednesday afternoon by 3pm
- Shavings purchased in addition to first bag -- Go to SE end of parking near Rodeo pens and get them from Melinda (719)252-6936
- If you plan to arrive and stable your horse prior to Thursday, please let me know.
- Stall Deposits: Make sure to bring a stall deposit to check in at show office! Strip / Clean your stall and take a picture of your stall with the label showing. Text the picture to 940-594-3872 with your name, your stall number, and horse's name and your check will be shredded.
- Shavings will be delivered to your stall. Extra shavings are available to purchase. Please pay the secretary Nicole Hackett in the Show Office and she will contact me once payment is completed and I will deliver your shavings to your stall ASAP.
- Rodeo Pens are NOT available for day turn out. If you require a day stall please contact me (719-252-6936) directly, we do have a couple outdoor unshaded stalls available as day pens - fee and reservation required.
- Parking in and around ALL of the barn & stalls is for loading and unloading ONLY. No parking (trailer or car parking) is allowed and you will be asked to MOVE your vehicle. Parking is available in the gravel area across the road next to the event center.
- Trailer parking is allowed on the external perimeter of the barn/stall area (see blue Day Camping section in layout below). PLEASE do not block driveways or roads and make sure there is always a path around your trailer for LARGE RIGs especially at the WEST and NORTH end of the White Barns.

- Barn A: 101-114 (north side facing out)

- D, E & F : 3 rows of green 12x12 pipe corrals North to South
- G: one row of brown 10x10 pipe corrals to the east
